TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRAINING COURSES

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in online or in-person training courses ("Course"), provided by The AI Advantage Academy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in and accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with the Course

You must be at least 18 to enrol in the Course. b. Access to the Course is granted only to the enrolled individual; sharing login details or course materials with others is strictly prohibited. c. The Course may be delivered either online or in person, as specified at the time of enrolment. d. Course access duration will be as stated at the time of purchase. Extensions may be granted at the discretion of the Company. e. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have access to the correct equipment and materials required for the Course, whether online or in person. This includes, but is not limited to, a fully functional laptop or PC, a reliable internet connection (for online courses), and access to any necessary software, tools, or platforms specified in the Course details. Participants must ensure they understand the equipment requirements before the Course begins.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for the Course must be made in full before access is granted. b. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances and are subject to approval by the Company.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All Course content, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, downloadable materials, and exercises, is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by copyright laws. b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any Course content without prior written permission from the Company. c. Any unauthorised use of Course materials may result in legal action.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Course is provided for educational purposes only and does not guarantee specific results or business success. b. We make no representations or warranties regarding the usefulness of the Course content. c. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Course. d. We accept no liability for any damages to your company resulting from the use of the training you have received. It is your responsibility to ensure you are operating within your own data policies and company guidelines, and that the information you are creating on behalf of yourself or your company is accurate and correct.

6. Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to participate in a respectful and professional manner in any discussions, forums, or interactive sessions. b. Any form of harassment, abusive behaviour, or violation of the Course guidelines may result in removal from the Course without a refund. c. You must not use the Course for illegal or unauthorised purposes.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. b. By enrolling in the Course, you consent to the collection and use of your information for course administration and communication purposes.

8. Modifications and Updates

The Company reserves the right to update or modify the Course content, pricing, and these Terms at any time without prior notice. b. Any significant changes to these Terms will be communicated to enrolled participants.

9. Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Course if you violate these Terms. b. No refunds will be issued for terminations due to violations of these Terms.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
